Competent, friendly folks and a well-run facility
The management team could be easily contacted over the phone and were able to easily answer questions and fulfill requests. My storage unity was tidy, as described, and reasonably priced. The facility was gated, with convenient, on-demand access for renters. If I need a storage unit in the Lenoir area again, this will be the first facility I will check with.“

We've had our RV here for a few months now. Owner is nice and very responsive. Place is tidy and well lit. The facility seems very secure, and we've had zero issues so far. We've seen a few other renters here and there, and everyone has been super friendly.“

These people are incredible! Good humans run this place. My father used North Star to store his camper. From the first inquiry call, they were friendly and helpful. Their rates are very reasonable. Things got a little complicated with my dad, and they handled it so professionally and were truly caring and understanding. After the initial setup for my dad, my mom ended up moving her stuff over to North Star because she was impressed with what she'd seen from them. She dropped the storage place she was originally using after she moved here from CT, and saved herself more than $100/mo with a far better experience. She's had nothing but pleasant interactions with them as well! I highly recommend them - there is nowhere else I will use myself. So glad to have such a wonderful business in our town!“

Have had a unit here for just under a year. Had to get a second one over the weekend due to an emergency. Process was simple and was done in about 10 minutes, I was moving property in within an hour. The owner contacted me today to check on things and make sure everything was good to go. Always fast to respond and on a first name basis. Location is secure and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking a good safe location to store any extras.
